By accessing or using any of Aevora Collective’s platforms – including ACE OS, Aria AI, and affiliated websites – you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

These Terms govern access to and use of Aevora’s digital platforms and systems, interactions with Aria AI and ACE OS modules, and any content, data, or services provided through our interfaces.

You must be at least 18 years old or have legal capacity under applicable law to use Aevora’s platforms. By using our services, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

You agree to use Aevora platforms only for lawful and authorized purposes, maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials, not engage in unauthorized access, reverse engineering, or data scraping, and refrain from uploading malicious code or content.

All content, systems, and technologies – including ACE OS and Aria AI – are the exclusive property of Aevora Collective or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any part without prior written consent.

Your use of Aevora platforms is subject to our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy. We process personal data in accordance with Hong Kong’s PDPO and, where applicable, GDPR. You retain rights to access, correct, and delete your data.

We strive to maintain uninterrupted access but do not guarantee availability. Aevora may suspend or terminate access for maintenance, upgrades, or security reasons without prior notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aevora is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We are not responsible for third-party content or services accessed via our platforms. Liability is limited to the amount paid by you (if any) for access to our services.

Aevora may suspend or terminate your access at any time for breach of these Terms or for operational reasons. You may also discontinue use at any time.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our platforms after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
